During the first week and a few days of Jan ZRi. dropped off that ‘ON GOD’ (Freestyle) with Scarface that left a good impression on many and in the next month the distinct artist will finally be sharing his anticipated new mixtape called THANK GOD FOR THE SUN.
This news was shared on ZRi.’s instagram page via a post that has him revealing two artwork versions for the project as well as sharing some subtle context behind the creative process that he went through to birth this tape to life which he loosely describes as being spiritual & uncomfortable.
I’ve spent the last year working on this project , it felt way more than just recording music. The songs on this are very spiritual and sound “grown”, this isn’t a comfortable project it touches on unspoken experiences we all go through.

In the post, ZRi. further reveals that the tape will carry about 13 tracks in total all worked on by talented minds that are probably a combination of frequent collaborators and newer ones… Yeah, we’re keen to hear out what ZRi. has in store with this one that also has ties with that SANGO project that he dropped as prelude to the new.
